The Administration of Sacred Heart High School proudly announces this year’s Archdiocesan Summa Scholars: Alvin DeLeon, Hannah Dombroski, Washington Leon, Nhi Nguyen, and Arreyion Yates.
These Summa Scholars are recognized for their outstanding academic achievement from freshman year to the close of the first semester of 2019. Students must be ranked in the top 5% of the graduating class, based on the cumulative grade point average (GPA).
Each Summa Scholar is asked to recognize a Catholic elementary or secondary teacher who has dedicated his/her life to education and has made an impression on the summa scholar’s academic success. This year the Summa Scholars chose as their teachers: Mrs. Charmain Wright, Mr. Justin Michaud, Mrs. Roseann Whitney (Grade 7 teacher from Blessed Sacrament School), and Mrs. Sherrie Gemmell.
Congratulations to the Summa Scholars and their recognized educator!
